Do I have to pay shipping costs?

In most cases, you don't have to pay shipping costs, but this is entirely dependent on your order and the chosen delivery method. If you place an order with a total above £40, you don't pay any shipping costs. The same applies to orders of guarantee articles: no shipping costs.

Perhaps your order is not under guarantee, has a total amount under £40 and you have chosen for a pickup point delivery. Then you pay £2.50 shipping costs.
