1. If you want to claim a free service part under guarantee, go to our product overview and select the product that you want to order a service part for.
2. Choose the tab 'service parts & guarantee' and find a selection of matching service parts. Please check if you have chosen the correct product and correct color!
3. Just select the item required, click 'order', and confirm your guarantee claim, and fill in the required fields (extra information).
4. You'll be requested to register yourself if this is your first order from brabantia.com, or to log in if you have already done business with us before. You can also order as a guest, without registration.
5. In case of registration: please fill in all your account details if you are new, or check your account details and confirm 'country' if you are already registered.
6. Follow the instructions to complete your order for a free service part.
7. If the order has succeeded you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail box, within minutes. Your guarantee claim will be dealt with. If necessary, you will be contacted for additional information or requested to send us your proof of purchase.
8. After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the link to track & trace your order (except for small items that are send by normal postal services). Please allow a delivery time of 2 weeks.
