Did you place your order using an account? If so, log in and click "My Orders", followed by "View Order". Click on “Invoices”, next to “Items Ordered”. At the top right you'll see the "Print order" button. Click this button to create a PDF of your invoice. Can't see the "View orders" button? This probably means you placed your order quite recently and it hasn't yet gone through. In that case, wait till your order is shipped. The button will then automatically appear.
Did you place your order as a guest? Contact our consumer service team for a PDF of your invoice. Please note: it is not possible to generate an invoice with additional or specifically requested information.
