It may happen that the shipment of your order is delayed. The delay can occur in our warehouse, or at the carrier. To make sure your order is still on its way, you can check the following:
- The track and trace link of your order: does it say here that your order has not yet been delivered? Then your order is still on its way.
- The delivery address: have you entered the correct delivery address? You can check this in the shipping confirmation you received from us.
- Your mailbox: have you received a note from our carrier in your mailbox? Then your order may have been delivered to the neighbours or to a collection point. It is also possible that the carrier will make a new delivery attempt. This is indicated on the note.
Is your order no longer on the road? Does the track and trace link indicate that your order has been delivered, but you do not have your order yet? Or can you see that your order is being returned to our warehouse? Then please contact us.
