Has your order been paid for and your order status is "Pending" (you can see this in your account, provided you have placed your order with an account) or have you received your order invoice? Then your order is final and will be sent to the delivery address. Are you sure you don't want the order? In this case, it's best to refuse the order upon delivery. The carrier will return the package to us, and as soon as we have received it we will refund the amount as soon as possible.
