The tension of my pull-out clothes lines became uneven. What can I do?

You can easily solve this problem yourself. The retractable drying line consists of one long line. It may become misalligned. To fix the lines, you need to retract the lines completely. Then roll up the drying line again tightly, and as straight as possible.

In a small space, you should rather remove the retractable drying line from the wall. You do this by unscrewing the right mounting screw (see drawing 4 in the manual, click here).
