Should no one be at home at this first delivery attempt, you receive a notification (usually a letter in your mailbox as well as an e-mail). This can also be followed using the track & trace link that you have received from us.
Our carrier will let you know where your order is using a note and/or e-mail. These are the options:
- The carrier will attempt a new delivery the next day.
- Your order is delivered to your neighbour.
- Your order is delivered to a pickup point.
