As soon as your order is delivered damaged, we would like to view the damage. Often, the damage can only be solved with a completely new product. If the damage can be remedied with a separate part, we will suggest this to you. In this proposal, we explain what actions you need to do to repair the product. We prefer a repair with as small a part as possible. This is how our products are built and how our service is structured. But because the product is new, we can very well imagine that you prefer an exchange.
