Yes! Your Brabantia order has arrived. When you're busy with moving house or your order is a gift, you might be tempted to put your order to one side for a while. This makes sense, but we would still like to ask you not to do this. After all, something might go wrong while your order is being packaged or during the turbulent journey your order undergoes during shipping. You should therefore always check everything is OK with your order and product(s) upon receipt, or at least within the return period specified.
Please report the defect to us as soon as possible after discovery. This can be done through a return request or through our customer service department. You must always include a photo.
