In most cases, you don't have to pay shipping costs, but this is entirely dependent on your order and the chosen delivery method. If you place an order with a total above $80 (before taxes), you don't pay any shipping costs. The same applies to orders of guarantee articles: no shipping costs.
Perhaps your order is not under guarantee, has a total amount under $80 and you have chosen for a home delivery. Then you pay $11.95 shipping costs.
There is an exception for the States of Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Northern Mariana. For these we charge $150 shipping costs for all orders.
